Brangels Co. · A venture company with a 30-year horizon
We build companies that help companies grow. One per year. That's the manifesto.
Why now
A transformational moment.
We live in transformational times. People, technology and the business landscape are evolving — and besides the obvious stuff, an enormous wave of small and medium business owners is about to retire and need to pass on what they built.
In the USA alone, 12 million businesses are owned by the baby-boomer generation, valued at $10 trillion. Most do not have a clean succession plan. Brangels is positioned to help — first as an operating partner, eventually as the buyer.
The roadmap, in three phases
Capability. Partnership. Succession.
- Now
01
Capability expansion
We strengthen our operating companies — Anti-Marketing and BranTech — so they compound results across industries. This is where we are now.
- Underway
02
Strategic partnership
Acquire equity in at least one company per year. Continue expanding our service clients in parallel. Already four equity deals in motion for 2026.
- Horizon
03
Succession acquisitions
Leverage our learnings, network, and cash flow to take decision-making stakes in profitable SMEs from retiring owners. Target: €1–5M EBITDA. Grow them 20–30% annually.
Founder note
A 30-year horizon.
Before Brangels, I stacked skills on a not-so-obvious career path — from telesales in Bulgaria in 2013, to startups, scaleups and multinationals in commercial, marketing and supply-chain roles. Leaving Johnson & Johnson in 2020 was the pivotal moment.
I joined a food & beverage spin-off as CMO and proved to myself what I most enjoy: changing a company for the better while having fun. If I can't make a big impact, I'm miserable.
“I do not have an exit strategy but a horizon of 30 years ahead. I finally found my passion — I just want to enjoy it.”
— Vik, founder
What Brangels is not.
Not an agency
Anti-Marketing and BranTech are. Brangels is the parent.
Not a fund
We co-build and acquire — patient capital, not a vintage to return.
Not a holding company
We don't just own. We build, operate, and pass on.
