brangels.co is the informational site of Brangels Co., a venture company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. It exists to describe our approach, the companies in our ecosystem, and how to reach us.

Each company inside the Brangels ecosystem — Anti-Marketing, BranTech, Moskowitz Library, Giver's Take, Slaveyko Kitchen — operates under its own terms of service, its own contracts, and its own commercial relationships. Nothing on brangels.co creates an obligation on any of those companies.

References to portfolio companies, equity deals, revenue, market cap, or growth rates describe what we have done or intend to do. They are not offers, projections, or guarantees of future performance. If you are considering working with or investing alongside Brangels, we will put the specifics in a written agreement.

The Brangels name, wing mark, and site content belong to Brangels Co. Ecosystem companies retain rights to their own marks. You may quote or share our content with credit and a link back; you may not present it as your own or use our branding to imply a partnership that does not exist.

Do not use the site or the contact channels to attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale, send spam, or submit false information through our intake forms. We reserve the right to block or ignore abusive traffic.

The site links to the websites of our operating companies and to services we use (calendar booking, LinkedIn, etc.). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by conversation will fall under the competent courts of Sofia.

We may update these terms as the business grows. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the last change.
