I came to Brussels for European politics in 2015. Stayed for the small companies.
Bulgarian by origin. Brussels by choice. Three years inside Johnson & Johnson global supply chain taught me how big companies actually work — and why they often don't. Built Brangels in 2021 to serve the businesses I think should win: small enough to move fast, serious enough to grow.
Currently co-authoring The Brand Genome with Howard Moskowitz, the researcher whose methodology underlies how we work.
